SECTION 1: ABOUT US
Jepara Weaving House celebrates the art of traditional weaving from Jepara, Indonesia. Every product is made by hand with deep care, preserving cultural heritage while bringing timeless elegance into modern living.
SECTION 2: ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All product prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change. We accept payments via bank transfer and selected e-wallets.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order may be canceled.
SECTION 3: SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will help you resolve any shipping issues.
SECTION 4: HANDMADE PRODUCT POLICY
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur. These variations are a mark of authenticity and are not considered defects.
SECTION 5: RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only if the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos).
We do not accept returns for change of mind or slight handmade variations.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Jepara Weaving House. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
